Who is behind The Juice Market?

The Juice Market is founded by Sophia Chong and backed by an amazing team which does graphics, customer service, marketing, logistics, creative and operations.

What are your operating hours?

We work Monday to Friday from 11am - 6pm and all emails/enquiries will be responded within 48 hours. Please note that we don't attend to emails on weekends and on Public Holidays.

However, there might be days when we may take a little longer to reply all e-mails due to other events such as photoshoots, out of the country for sourcing trips and many other unforeseen circumstances. 

Do I need to create an account to purchase from The Juice Market?

No, you can check out as guest. However, we strongly advise you to create an account with TJM so you can keep track of your purchase history and it saves you a lot of time from filling in your address details every time you purchase from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payments via DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB Bank Transactions, and Paypal Transactions for both local & international customers.

All transaction charges by PayPal will be fully absorbed by us.

For all bank ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transferred. 
Please take a clear photo of your transaction receipt and attach it to the e-mail when you are about to submit your payment details with your Order/Invoice ID and e-mail address written. 
We will not be able to process your order without a clear snapshot of the receipt.

How long will items be reserved for after I receive my invoice

Upon checking out, your order will be reserved for you up till 24 hours. In the event that we do not receive payment within this time frame, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled without prior notification.

What if my normal parcel is lost?

We will try our best to retrieve your parcel. However, we bear no responsibility for normal postage lost mail as there is no tracking code to it. Hence, we strongly advise all customers to use registered postage instead.

I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage fees and have the excess refunded?

We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.

Does my item qualify for a return/exchange?

At The Juice Market, we accept returns for the following reasons :

1. An incorrect item

2. A defective item

Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore. 

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
